Crest Suite: Crest, Take and Minutes for macOS. Pay once.

Three native Mac apps that talk to each other instead of the cloud. Take records the screen, Minutes writes the meeting notes on device, Crest runs them both from the notch. Pay once, $19.99 for Crest Pro or $24.99 for all three, and nothing you record leaves your Mac.
