Monte da Vida - Living in Balance

Monte da Vida is a regenerative forest farm. Our activities are centred upon trees, and the amazing abundance they offer. Our approach is to cultivate a harmonious relationship with the earth, growing nutrient-dense foods, harvesting wild herbs, and making flower essences from the trees.
